Scrooby Parish Council have agreed to make their meeting minutes available on this site. This will include both an archive of past minutes, and minutes of the latest meeting as they become available.

Availability of Minutes

The parish council clerk holds minutes on paper, back to 1991. Minutes older than 1991 are apparently held in Retford Museum.

Minutes must be approved by the parish council before they are adopted as a true record of the meeting. Minutes can only appear here after they are approved, and they are therefore always a month in arrears. Furthermore, the parish council does not meet in August and January, therefore July and December's minutes are only available two months in arrears.
