2018 Scrooby Show

Scrooby Show is to be held on Saturday 1st September 2018 on the Croft and in the Village Hall.

Start working toward your entries for the show.

The show is open to all, not just Scrooby Residents. Entry forms will be included in July and August issues of The Star.

VEGETABLE CLASSES


4 culinary apples with stalks, all the same variety
4 dessert apples with stalks, all the same variety
Plate of fruit, any one variety, soft fruit with stalks
6 runner beans
6 dwarf beans
3 beetroot washed with root and 3" tops
3 carrots with 3" tops washed
1 cucumber with 1" stalk
3 courgettes all the same variety 1" stalk
Heaviest marrow
3 white onions clean and dry with no tops 8oz or under

1 specimen rose, any variety, in a specimen vase

EGG CLASSES


3 brown eggs, judged for similarity of shape and colour

3 bantam eggs (under 2oz each) any colour, judged for similarity of shape and colour
