Scrooby Parish Council have agreed to make their meeting minutes available on this site. This will include both an archive of past minutes, and minutes of the latest meeting as they become available.

Availability of Minutes

The parish council clerk holds minutes on paper, back to 1991. Minutes older than 1991 are apparently held in Retford Museum.

There is usually some delay between a council meeting and the availability of the minutes on this site. Minutes are approved by the parish council before they are adopted as a true record of the meeting. Minutes appear here only once the Clerk forwards them for posting to the website. Furthermore, the parish council does not meet in August and January, therefore July and December's minutes are later than other months.

There was no meeting in May 2009 due to lack of business.
