Minutes of Scrooby Annual Parish Meeting

Minutes

Due to non-election of previous councillors, Christine Bailey and Dennis Brooke, the meeting was not quorate. However, as the two ex-councillors were present we deemed it correct procedure to approve the minutes from the 2010 meeting. As noted below, other matters were postponed until and an adhoc meeting of all elected councillors could be arranged.

1. The minutes of the last Annual Parish Meeting were approved as true record. Proposed by Heidi Robbins and seconded Ed Marshall. All agreed.
2. Election of Chairperson was postponed until the ad hoc meeting..
3. Election of Vice Chairperson was postponed until the ad hoc meeting.
4. The Chairperson gave his report ? copy attached.
5. The Treasurer Dennis Marshall gave his report but was not present. Consideration was postponed until the ad hoc meeting.
6. District Councillor Barry Bowles attended. Councillor Bowles was welcomed as the newly elected DC. As he was in new in post he made no report.
