Proposed as a true record by Heidi Robbins and seconded Christine Bailey. All agreed.
4. Matters Arising
Ed Marshall had solicited opinion among villagers in regard to the adoption of the phone box. Everyone asked was in favour and it was seen as a potentially valuable information centre. Ed will contact BT as to the next step.

No planning to be discussed
Progress on Village Plan, it is still with BDC.
11. Play Area/Village Hall
Play Area
Net is still outstanding for the climbing frame in the play area. James Arrowsmith to supply. Ongoing
Matt Pollard will do the repairs to the chicken. Ongoing
The goal posts will be installed. Action Tracy Crowe and Matt Pollard.
The PC has agreed that the unlevelled surface on the Croft will be left at the present time. It will be levelled if necessary after initial use.
The fence on Manor Road around the Croft needs repairing, Dennis Brooke is to contact Steve Swannack to get a quote for the cost of posts being put in place. Ongoing
New picnic tables will be placed in the playground provided by funds raised by the Scrooby Show.
Village Hall
The new window should be delivered within two weeks. Still awaited. Ed will chase Marvin windows again.
12. Environment
There has been a rash of fly-tipping on Mill Lane. A working party cleared up a considerable dumping which had included identifying correspondence. This was passed to BDC Environmental Services who have issued a fixed penalty notice to the perpetrators. BDC will also post warning notices.
